Cohort YEGP 2026 · ~180 graduates

From sticky smileys
to a connected platform.

A digital experience layer built on the rail metaphor that runs through everything Alstom does. Three modules. One QR code. Five days that feel less like induction, more like boarding.

01

Pulse Platform

Replaces · Smiley sticker wall

Graduates scan a QR after each session, pick a mood from a 5-point scale, and drop one word that captures how they feel. The big screen shows live mood bars and a word-cloud of the words pulsing as they come in.

02

Bharat Express

Replaces · 4 cylinders + balls leaderboard

Four metros — Delhi Red, Mumbai Yellow, Chennai Blue, Kolkata Green — race across a stylised map of India. Every point earned moves a team's metro forward by one station. The platform celebrates each milestone with city callouts.

How the prototype works. Use the top nav to step through the three modules. Each one is interactive — try voting on the Pulse Platform, hit the +5 / +10 buttons on the Bharat Express to advance the metros, and toggle Bingo cells in Junction Games. All animations are real, no mockups.
Module 01 · Pulse Platform

Module 02 · Bharat Express

Four metros. One country.

Every point earned in team activities moves a metro to the next station. The leaderboard is a living journey across India — through cities Alstom actually serves.

How it works in the room: Facilitators have a tablet with this exact console. As soon as a team wins a round, the +5/+10/+25 button is tapped and the metros animate live on the big screen behind the speaker. When a metro reaches a flagship Alstom station — Mumbai Metro Line 3, Chennai Metro Phase 2, Kochi Metro — the system plays a 3-second city callout (visual + sound).
Module 03 · Junction Games

90-second ice breakers.

Tea breaks become opportunities. A small library of fast, low-stakes games designed for 180 strangers — every game funnels points back into the Bharat Express leaderboard.

People Bingo: Find your cohort

Open this on your phone. Tap a square if you find someone in the room who matches it. First three rows wins.

Why these specifically: All four games scale to 180 people without any facilitator running between groups. They use the same QR/web app the cohort already has. And every single one feeds points back into the Bharat Express leaderboard — so the games never feel like filler, they always raise the stakes for someone's metro.
